GENERAL INFORMATION
“RusSoya” Company is a wholesale supplier of soy-bean products for Russia and CIS countries. Production facilities of the company include affiliate agrotechnical base and two shops for soy-bean processing located in Primorye Territory and Amur region.
On our enterprises qualified specialists are employed, the production is continuously broadened and modernized that allows to achieve annual increase in output (fig. 1).

Special complex of agrotechnical measures provides rich according to Russian estimates harvests of soy-bean.
STRATEGY OF THE COMPANY
Main goals of the company are reservation of high quality of manufactured products, broadening of production, and development of different affiliate programs.
High quality of the products is achieved due to correct agrotechnique of soy-bean growing, as well as due to use of high-yielding and disease-resistant variety of soy-beans. This allows to gather harvest of soy-bean about 20 – 25 centners from hectare, while average harvest of soy-bean in Russia is about 7 – 10 centners from hectare.
Great attention is paid to modernization of equipment for soy-bean processing. Use of high-tech equipment allows not only to increase efficiency and profitability of production, but also to provide high quality of the products.
For 2010-2011 it is planned to increase output of the products for 50 % due to inclusion of new enterprises of the Far East to the affiliate program and due to introduction of additional production facilities.
